LFM: Rewarding Excellence for Excellent Service in the Territory
In the competitive landscape of services in the area, LFM Spa certainly stands out for its constant commitment to the valorization of human resources and the quality of the service offered.
In fact, co-founder J. Ferraris and co-founder G. Ferraris have always believed in the importance of people, and have worked assiduously to create a team that is increasingly evolved and enlightened.
Recognizing the crucial importance of its staff, from event managers to trainers, from promoters to merchandisers, up to area managers and coordinators, LFM has inaugurated an initiative of which it is particularly proud: the monthly competition for employee excellence “BEST EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH”
What is it about?
This program, designed to encourage and recognize individual merit, is based on well-defined criteria that reflect the company philosophy. Among these, the ability to work in a team, strict adherence to company guidelines, assiduity and work efficiency emerge as fundamental pillars.
The objective is twofold: to guarantee a top-level service in the territory and at the same time to nurture and reward internal excellence.
The heart of the initiative is the monthly recognition of four employees, selected through an evaluation that integrates both qualitative and quantitative aspects. These criteria include, but are not limited to, punctuality, adherence to company procedures, team management and motivation skills, and above all, effectiveness in transmitting LFM values and objectives in the field.
There are 4 main categories participating in the contest: merchandisers, promoters, trainers, coordinators and area managers.

The pinnacle of this annual journey is a final event where the most deserving employees, selected among the monthly winners, will compete for a special prize , underlining the importance that LFM places on individual contributions in building collective success.
The LFM Employee Excellence Competition is not just an award program but a pillar of the company strategy, aimed at promoting a stimulating, competitive working environment that respects company values and is oriented towards excellence. Through this initiative, LFM reaffirms, once again, its commitment to ensuring the highest quality of service, placing people, their professional growth and their well-being at the center, key factors for success in the territory and in the reference market.
