LFM and the March best employee contest
We announced it last month, and we are all curious to find out who won the first round of the “best employee of the month” contest. For those who missed the initiative, we briefly tell you what it is all about.
The two co-founders J. Ferraris and G. Ferraris announced in March, the launch of the Best Employee program, an initiative created to encourage and recognize individual merit, according to well-defined criteria that reflect the company’s philosophy. Among these, the ability to work as a team, strict adherence to company guidelines, and diligence and work efficiency emerge as key pillars. The goal of the initiative is twofold: to ensure the highest level of service in the territory while nurturing and rewarding internal excellence.
Participating in the contest are 5 major categories: merchandisers, promoters, trainers, coordinators and area managers.

Also a reminder that the culmination of this annual journey comes in the form of a final event where the most outstanding employees, selected from the monthly winners, will compete for a special award, underscoring the importance LFM places on individual contribution in building collective success.
