LFM and the April Best Employee Contest

After last month’s awards, we are all curious to find out who won the second round of the “best employee of the month” contest. For those who missed the initiative, we will briefly tell you what it is about.

The two co-founders J. Ferraris and G. Ferraris announced in March the launch of the Best Employee program, an initiative created to encourage and recognize individual merit, according to well-defined criteria that reflect the company philosophy. Among these, the ability to work in a team , strict compliance with company guidelines , assiduity and work efficiency emerge as fundamental pillars. The objective of the initiative is twofold: to guarantee a service in the territory of the highest level and at the same time to nurture and reward internal excellence.

5 major categories will participate in the contest: merchandisers, promoters, trainers, coordinators and area managers for a total of 10 awards each month.
