LFM and the May Best Employee Contest

Once again we are happy to announce the winners of the monthly contest “Best Employee” powered by LFM.

For those who missed the initiative, we will briefly tell you what it is about.

The two co-founders J. Ferraris and G. Ferraris announced in March the launch of the Best Employee program, an initiative created to encourage and recognize individual merit, according to well-defined criteria that reflect the company philosophy. Among these, the ability to work in a team , strict compliance with company guidelines , assiduity and work efficiency emerge as fundamental pillars. The objective of the initiative is twofold: to guarantee a service in the territory of the highest level and at the same time to nurture and reward internal excellence.

5 major categories will participate in the contest: merchandisers, promoters, trainers, coordinators and area managers.
