Masterclass "Metaverse and AR for Business": let's get to know the speakers and mentors better
In this article we will get to know more closely the speakers who accompanied the Metaverse and AR for Business masterclass.
YeSeul Kim among the teachers of the masterclass
We already met YeSeul Kim in the first edition of LFM University, but for those who still don’t know her, Yeseul describes herself as a serial entrepreneur with a long experience in international companies, universities and innovation centers.
A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ( MIT ), one of the world’s leading research universities based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, after her studies YeSeul worked for the most prestigious international companies such as Procter & Gamble, in the Consumer & Market Research division; she was Director of Operations in the Ashoka International Organization, she made a huge contribution as Vice President Strategy at the Kendall Square Innovation Center in Cambridge (MA), and later as a manager at H-FARM. Today she is the founder of Constitute Meta, which acts as a bridge between the “meta curious” and all those interested in everything related to the world of WEB 3.0 and the world of artificial intelligence.


Laura Puricelli Co-founder & CEO Dress for Good

professional experience in business consulting, supporting companies in the
Fashion and Luxury sector in their business challenges related to digital innovation, both
as a consultant at leading consulting firms and as an entrepreneur.
During her career, she has held strategic roles as Director of
Digital Strategies at leading global consulting firms, such as Accenture, PwC and
Deloitte Digital. Laura has founded three startups in the Fashion-tech sector in Milan,
London and New York.
As an international speaker, she participated among others at the Web Summit 2023
in Lisbon on Generative AI in Fashion Luxury, as well as numerous
private interventions as a speaker at consulting firms and brands in the sector.
Furthermore, she actively contributes as a mentor to important global accelerators for
startups in the Fashion-tech sector.

Leonardo Vigolo Formulas
Leonardo Vigolo is an engineer trained at the Politecnico di Milano, with an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs. He currently serves as Head of New Ventures at the Italian company Formules, where he has led the creation of gaming experiences for brands such as OVS, Sisal and Luxottica, among others. Leonardo is also a consultant for the communication and image department of Intesa Sanpaolo and an advisor for well-known consulting groups.

Sender Magliavacca Formulas

Sander Migliavacca holds a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bocconi University. With a background in investment banking and brand management at Procter & Gamble, he currently serves as Head of Business Development at Formules, where he contributes to the company’s growth and innovation. In addition to his main role, Sander is also an investor in tech start-ups.

Alex Cascarano, Designer and Gamer, is the Head of Immersive at Sketchin, a strategic design studio and was Co-Founder of Speculative Futures Milan, a chapter that connects designers, technologists, artists and futurists from all over the world.
In recent years, he has designed digital services and products for clients such as Lenovo, Sky, Michele De Lucchi and was Design Lead of the European Design Center of Changan, a leading automobile manufacturer in China. His work focuses on exploring the implications of living and interacting with technology to create value for a better everyday life.
Sara Noggler expert consultant in web3 and metaverse

Sara Noggler is an experienced web3 and metaverse consultant with extensive
industry experience. She is a member of the Assolombarda Blockchain Steering Committee,
helping to drive the adoption of blockchain technology in Italian businesses. She is also
an active member of the Metaverse Fashion Council, working to promote the integration
of fashion into the metaverse.
As a marketing and metaverse lecturer, Sara shares her knowledge with
students, helping them understand the potential of the metaverse in the business world. She is also
a sought-after speaker at conferences and events around the world, where she discusses the challenges and
opportunities in the web3 and metaverse field.
Simone Porto CEO Polybius

Simone Puorto has a career spanning more than a quarter century, during which he has distinguished himself as a prominent consultant, keynote speaker, and author of a dozen books on the relationship between technology and travel. His influence spans multiple spheres, from corporate consulting to academic research, and he is known for organizing Polybius, a pioneering 24-hour event in the metaverse that has redefined the benchmarks in the industry.
In the academic field, Simone has received recognition for his role as an MBA lecturer at prestigious institutions such as ESSEC, Les Roches, Swiss Hotel Management School, 24ORE Business School, LUISS, IULM and IMHI. His expertise is used in advisory roles for cutting-edge companies, including Sleap.io, RobosizeME, KIRE, BWG Strategy ex GAIN. In 2023, he founded Rebyū, a GPT-start-up designed to automatically respond to hotel reviews while respecting the style and tone of the brand. A technophilosopher, writer and prolific podcaster, Simone is also the founder of Travel Singularity, a consultancy located at the intersection of technology and the travel industry, with a particular emphasis on the implications of Web3 for the hospitality sector and the innovative roles of GenAI and spatial computing in the travel sector. His articles have been featured in prestigious blogs such as Skift, PhocusWire and CNBCTV. His most recent work, “Hotel Distribution 2050. (Pre)visions on the future of hotel marketing and hotel distribution” was intended, in unsuspecting times, as a manual for hoteliers who aim to navigate the transition to the tourism industry that Simone calls post-human, highlighting how artificial intelligence and machines can take on operational roles, freeing hoteliers from the most onerous tasks and allowing them to focus on the essence of their profession: guest care. Vegetarian, anti-speciesist, crypto-anarchist and biohacker, Simone is also known for his commitment to transhumanism and anti-mortism, animal rights, cyborg rights and the ethical use of AI. Effective altruist, scholar of Sōtō Zen Buddhism, he (self) defines himself as a “digital bodhisattva”. For two decades Mattia has been actively engaged in the field of innovation and digital technologies , fostering strong connections within the Silicon Valley ecosystem and building international ties in the name of technology and innovation. He has played key roles in technology and innovation startups as a researcher, executive and entrepreneur, working alongside leading brands worldwide on technology and innovation projects. Additionally, he has co-founded several technology startups, mainly focusing on virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) and blockchain , such as Qbit Technologies, Over the Reality and VR City. Over these years Mattia has led some of the pioneering projects in the field of consumer VR applications, including applications in retail, education and collaboration. He has had the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of organizations globally, spanning from defense to entertainment. Since 2014 Mattia, with Qbit Technologies, has led a multitude of projects in VR/AR and blockchain applications, showcasing his leadership capabilities in these innovative fields. He also serves as Research Affiliate at the Institute for the Future in Palo Alto , a role he has held since 2010. In this capacity, he helps drive research and initiatives regarding the future trajectory of immersive technologies and the Internet. As a technology evangelist and experienced public speaker, as well as a TED Speaker , Mattia has spent the last 15 years educating senior managers and leaders on innovation strategy and management, demonstrating his deep knowledge and passion for the subject matter.

Marco Pezzano is Managing Director of Vulcano, a creative agency of the Arsenalia group based in Venice. With 20 years of experience in the world of digital and communication, Marco has accompanied national and international brands in campaigns on the web, social media, and more recently in the blockchain and metaverse field. Among the clients he has worked with, The Coca Cola Company, Carlsberg, Mars, Bulgari, Lamborghini, Enel, and many others. He was the founder of Abstract Toys, a web3 company that in 2022 launched Emotons, the first generative collection of NFTs in the Italian market, which has gathered a global community.
How to sign up for the Metaverse and AR for Business Masterclass
Participation in LFM University masterclasses has a limited number of places to allow for high quality content delivery and workshops.
Partners will receive an email with an invitation to participate and the specification of the number of places available for free.
